Admission Requirements

To enroll in the Global Electrical and Computer Engineering Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old by the time the program begins.
• Be a current undergraduate student entering your sophomore or junior year at an international university.
• Meet one of the following minimum language requirements:
  • TOEFL iBT – 84 (17*)
  • IELTS – 6.5 (6.0*)
  • CET 6 550
• Demonstrate completion or current enrollment in:
  • Calculus and Differential Equations
  • Basic Circuit Theory

*No subscore can be below this number.

Note: The Global Electrical and Computer Engineering Program is not a degree program. Admission to this program does not constitute or guarantee admission to any University of Washington degree program.
