Principal Investigator<\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/td>\nMaxwell Parsons<\/strong> is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Physics.\u00a0 He received his PhD in physics in 2016 in the group of Markus Greiner, where he developed the lithium quantum gas microscope<\/a>.\u00a0 After his PhD, he spent 6 years as a research scientist at Atom Computing<\/a> and Reality Labs<\/a>, before joining UW in 2022, initially to lead the QT3 lab<\/a>.\u00a0 When not in the lab, he can be found singing with Seattle Pro Musica<\/a>, seeking out good food, or enjoying some splendid isolation among the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Buke Hu<\/strong> is a Master\u2019s student in Electrical Engineering. He received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington. Outside of the lab, he plays badminton and enjoys exploring nature through hiking.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Ohik<\/span>\u00a0Kwon<\/strong> is a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering.\u00a0 He received his B.S. in EE from Iowa State University with a minor in Physics.\u00a0 Outside of the lab, he enjoys photography and reading.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\"<\/td>\nKevin Wu <\/b>is a PhD Student in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received his BS in Math and Computer Science from William & Mary in 2024. Outside of school and research, he enjoys weightlifting and both sweep rowing and sculling on Seattle\u2019s lakes and waterways.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\"\"<\/td>\nAarjav Jain <\/strong>is an undergraduate student majoring in CS at UW working on developing optical systems for our neutral atom quantum processor. In his free time, he likes reading, going on hikes, and swimming.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
